The certificate confirms successful completion of the Bachelor of Science in Marketing. It names the University of London as the awarding body, with academic direction provided by Royal Holloway, University of London.
This degree prepares graduates for a range of marketing roles, including Brand Ambassador, Strategic Marketer, Marketing Manager, Campaign Designer, Consumer Analyst, Social Media Specialist, and Creative Manager.
This programme leads to a recognised UK degree qualification. It does not currently hold additional professional accreditation.
After registration, students receive access to the Student Portal, a University of London email account, digital study materials, discussion forums, and academic support from London-based teams. Tutors introduce modules, respond to questions, monitor discussions, and guide assessments through interactive learning materials.
The programme accepts qualifications from around the world. International applicants should review the published entrance qualifications and English language requirements before applying, and submit transcript evidence according to the admissions instructions. A good level of English is required, and a range of evidence, including proficiency test scores, is accepted.
Entry requirements vary by education system. For UK qualifications, applicants normally need GCSE or O level passes together with A levels, plus English language proficiency. For the US system, a high school diploma alone is not sufficient; applicants need additional recognised postsecondary study or qualifying AP results. A prior marketing background and relevant work experience are not required for admission.
Applicants who do not qualify for direct entry may be considered for Performance-Based Admission. Students admitted through this route must pass one required module with a weighted average of 40% or higher before progressing to the full BSc.
The page currently displays estimated total tuition of £15,521 to £20,657*, depending on geographic location. Tuition is paid per module on a pay-as-you-go basis across six terms, so students do not pay the full programme cost upfront.
*Indicative totals assume students complete the qualification within the minimum time without resits and Recognition of Prior Learning (requiring additional fees). Programme Fees are subject to annual revision and typically may be increased by up to 5% per annum. For further details please refer to the University of London website.
Goods and Services Tax (GST). Please note: all student fees shown are net of any local VAT, Goods and Services Tax (GST) or any other sales tax payable by the student in their country of residence. Where the University is required to add VAT, GST or any other sales tax at the local statutory rate, this will be added to the fees shown during the payment process. For students resident in the UK, our fees are exempt from VAT.
Graduates of the University of London receive a 10% bursary on programme fees. Additional funding and scholarship opportunities may also be published on the programme information pages when available.
