There are 3 modules in this course

Welcome to the operational core of the scrum framework! This combined module serves as your structural roadmap, establishing a clear line of sight between agile theory and practical, real-world execution. You will begin by exploring the foundational architecture of the scrum framework, uncovering how its components work together to turn complex ideas into usable value. From there, you will meet the three key pillars of any scrum team: the product owner, the scrum master, and the developers. You will step directly into the shoes of an agile consultant to navigate critical team scenarios—such as managing a sudden sprint scope shift or resolving outside stakeholder interruptions. By the end of this module, you will know exactly who is accountable for what, how to protect team capacity, and how these distinct boundaries form the "secret sauce" for delivering product value.

Building great products isn't a solo effort; it's a team sport. In this module, you will dive deep into the unique DNA of a high-performing scrum team, focusing on the dual engines of agility: self-management and cross-functionality. You will discover how a successful team organizes itself, decides internally how much work to pull into a cycle, and continuously adapts to meet a unified goal without relying on traditional corporate hierarchies. You will analyze common team dysfunctions, diagnose structural alignment gaps, and practice breaking down operational silos. This module equips you with the foundational skills to foster collective ownership, enforce quality through the definition of done, and build a resilient team environment that thrives in a modern business landscape.

Projects shouldn't drag on like a never-ending soap opera—they require rhythm, flow, and momentum. This module pulls back the curtain on the operating rhythm of Scrum: the five core events that create the pulse of product development. You will break down the mechanics, strict timeboxes, and distinct purposes of sprint planning, the daily scrum, the sprint review, and the sprint retrospective, all contained within the protective boundary of the sprint itself. To tie this theory directly to practice, you will engage in an immersive AI role play activity. Acting as an agile coach, you will collaborate with a stressed product lead to fix broken meetings, correct scheduling anti-patterns, and restore the team's operating rhythm. You will leave this module knowing how to use these events to drive transparency, adapt to unexpected shifts, and establish a continuous loop of process improvement.
