In this course, learners develop practical tools to analyze ethical issues, recognize common decision errors, and improve judgment in both individual and team settings. Through real-world scenarios, they explore ethical reasoning, values clarification, and how integrity and organizational pressures shape decisions.

The course examines cognitive biases, flawed data interpretation, and other common causes of poor decisions, and introduces structured approaches to reduce risk and improve decision quality. Learners also build skills in leading team decision-making processes that align with organizational strategy and values.
