Excellent course! A great blend between readings, videos, creative prompts, and resources. I loved the diversity of the artists and art work shown and how it overlaps with well-being. I even enjoyed each "quiz" because they asked thought-provoking questions and it was easy to do well writing in your own opinions and responses. MOMA rocks!

I thoroughly enjoyed the course. Loved it a lot! Every art work shared in the course was par excellence. I learnt new ways of looking at art and could connect it with the mindfulness courses I've taken. Kudos to the team for putting this together. Would strongly recommend this course.
