The course prepares the learner for the upcoming materials in the learning path. This is a valuable knowledge.

I think it is misleading to put Power BI in the name of the course - course is mainly about general data analysis theory with very little information about Power BI. I expected introduction to this tool, manuals how to use it or exercise how to analyse data with help of Power BI. There are some, but take very little time comparing with all that theoretical material included in these course. Moreover, manuals for Power BI have only forms of text not video. Course probably useful for those at the very beginning of they journey with data as there is a lot of basic information about data analyse (like data cleaning, transforming, etc) - good to know, but if you already work with data, probably you know this. Also there is too much theory in my opinion, which not always represents the reality (like roles, stages)

The course is well-explained. However, lacks enough hands-on experience in Power BI in my opinion. Also, Power Query is touched upon but there are no exercises or videos to practice or learn anything about it even though there are quiz questions related to it. Overall, the course is a great introduction to Power BI and understanding Data I just wish there was more practice using Power BI.

For me, I learn better through practice, so I would have preferred more interactive examples and step-by-step demonstrations within Power BI. This would help reinforce the concepts and make them easier to apply in real-world scenarios.

The proffessour is kind of boring , also the information is so repetitive and not focused ... Its better to have more examples of how to use excel before the different assignments.

Too much theory and too little practice, it feels like the same stuff is being repeated over and over again and it's hard to wrap your mind around what exactly is learning about.

It was alright. However, there were way too many readings and way less videos. Readings are boring, videos are interesting.

A lot of repetitive information! The course could easily have been compressed by at least 30-40%.

It focused a lot on theoretical aspects and it could've contained more Lab exercises.

This is a great course if you are new to how data is gathered, used, the ETL process, etc. However, I am 5 weeks into this program and there has been VERY little use of the Power BI application. Instead, the modules tell you the processes for data transformation, ETL, how data can help the business, etc, then tells you to use Power BI for these tasks. At the end of the week, there is an online document that has links to the Microsoft website for Power BI How To's that explain everything. I would be better off with a Power BI book. Better use of time and money.

Useful content but no transparency or support related to other services that are needed to actually complete the course. For example, you FAIL TO CLEARLY STATE the licensing requirements (e.g., needing OneDrive for Business or Power BI Pro for certain features). How do you expect individuals that are trying to learn this to make themeselves more competitive in the job market to access the course. I wasted so much time slogging through the banal and useless Excel content only to find myself up against your licensing requirements. What the fuck, assholes.

This course is surprisingly poor. It is mostly fluff videos with too few hands-on assignments. One of the assignments had confusing instructions so I had to try to look up the way forward on my own only to find that the assignment was a word-for-word copy of a Medium article. The lack of assignments makes the coursework more difficult to grasp and the overly-long videos make the course tedious. I'm considering just finding a different Power BI course altogether since this is no more useful than Youtube and Google.

This course was super repetitive of the first course, Preparing Data for Analysis with Excel. It also hardly talked about Power BI at all. I appreciate a background understanding of the tool, and Data Analysis in General, but would like to get into more practical applications. As a current Data Analyst, so much of this was remedial that this course mostly felt like a waste of time.

This is more like a long series of promotional\commercial videos rather than practical tutorial. Instructed by different persons, the course lacks integrity and they go back and forth between different topics and repeat a lot of things multiple times. Some parts are tooo much basic and some parts are too advanced. A much shorter course in Udemy was much more helpful for me.
